Terms and Policies

We value each and every dragon as if they were our own children and care for them just the same. No dragon is sold until 6 weeks of age or until they reach 6 inches in length, whichever comes first. At the time of shipment we GUARANTEE the dragon you purchase will be in perfect health unless otherwise stated. We do not GUARANTEE the sex of any dragon, however, we do try our best to sex them accurately.

Payment Options

The primary form of payment we accept is PayPal. The other option would be a Postal Money order. If paying with Postal Money order, the dragons will not be shipped until the money order is received and it has cleared. If purchasing locally, cash is also an accepted form of payment. We DO NOT accept personal checks. *We reserve the rights to refuse a sale to anyone.*

Hold Policy

We do allow people to put deposits on a dragon, however, deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. You may transfer the deposit to another dragon of the same clutch or place it on another dragon from a different breeding/clutch.

Wholesale

When buying wholesale lots of dragons we offer live arrival guarantee only. You are purchasing multiple dragons at a discounted 'group' price, and the price reflects this. Each and every dragon in the lot will arrive 110% healthy and thriving, but it is your duty to make sure they all are taken care of properly after receiving them. 

Shipping Guarantee

We ship through FedEx and UPS overnight ONLY. We do not ship USPS or any other carrier in order to cut costs. We prefer shipping to a residence, however if you have other circumstances please let us know before hand. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We will email you the details and let you know exactly when he/she is shipped out. We would appreciate an email in return letting us know when he/she arrives.

Shipping may be delayed if extreme weather permits, in this case you will be notified with an updated shipping date. In the winter months, heat packs will be used for warmth and in the summer months cold packs used. These are all included in the total price for shipping. We do not charge you for the supplies we use for shipping (box, deli-cup/snake bag, tape, etc), only the actual cost of overnight shipping. Shipping usually runs between $30 - $65 depending on location.

In the rare circumstance that a dragon is DOA, we require an email within 1 hour of he/she arriving. We may require pictures at this time. In this case, we provide either a new dragon of equal value or a refund MINUS SHIPPING CHARGES. We cannot guarantee live arrival if you are not home at time of delivery, nor will we provide a refund.

Safe and live arrival is guaranteed. It is the new owners responsibility to provide a healthy environment for the bearded dragon. It may take up to a few weeks for your new dragon to acclimate to its new surroundings. I would suggest limited holding for the first couple of days. I encourage you to do your research before purchasing a dragon and getting all of your supplies before hand.
